At HerPlus, we want you to love every piece you purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your HerPlus account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
